Sales have remained strong throughout the economic downturn with more installations in 2009 than at any other period in the company's history. With 2010 set to improve further on those numbers things are looking very rosy for the Hampshire-based software company.
A recent third party survey of new business wins suggests that First Choice Software is being selected not only for the performance, functionality and security of its products in competitive trials, but also for its track record of consistently delivering major projects on time and on budget. The ability to get data out of old systems and the ease with which RDB-ProNet can be tailored to a particular client's needs were also cited by some customers as being critical in their decision making process.

The last quarter was also characterised by a larger than usual number of companies upgrading to RDB-ProNet from legacy systems. These upgrades reflect increasing desire among recruiters to take advantage of leading edge technology as they position themselves for growth as they ease themselves out of recession.
